Defects

Our products are guaranteed to arrive free of defects in construction, material, or printing. Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Photograph any flaws you may discover and contact us within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.

Buyer's Remorse or Fit

Because most of our products are made-to-order or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, they do not qualify for exchange or refund due to buyer's remorse or incorrect fit.

Orders Lost in Transit

Notify us within 25 days of your estimated delivery date if you believe your order is lost in transit. A remedy is only available for customers who notify us within this period.

Undeliverable & Unclaimed Orders

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, or if a shipment goes unclaimed, your package will be returned to our fulfillment partner. We will contact you by email. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. Unclaimed or undeliverable orders will be donated to charity after 30 days and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse to offer replacement or refund in cases of suspected abuse of our policies or fraud.
